Step 1: Visit the Official Website

Go to Tokyo Skytree’s official ticket page here.

Step 2: Choose Your Ticket Type

Select either:

  • Advance Ticket / Same-day Ticket (The choice does not actually matter as they will both take you to the same webpage)
  • Special Experience Ticket 
  • Skytree Enjoy Pack 

Step 3: Select Your Date & Time Slot

*It’s recommended you do not try to book tickets on a mobile phone as the website may not function properly.

  • Select your date and time
  • Select whether you’d like a Tembo Deck ticket or a combo

If making a package deal ticket purchase you may have to make additional choices

Step 4: Make Your Payment

Tickets can be purchased online via credit card or other accepted payment methods.

Step 5: Receive Your E-Ticket

Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an e-ticket with a QR code to the email address given. Show this QR code at the entrance for seamless entry.

How to Reserve a Table at Sky Restaurant 634

Reservations are required to dine at Sky Restaurant 634 and can be made up to two months in advance. To secure a reservation:

  1. Check restaurant hours and table availability from this webpage.
  2. Alternatively, you can go directly to the reservation site here. (English available in the hamburger menu)
  3. Choose your date, time, number of people, and whether you would like the French Course or the Teppanyaki Course
  4. If no tables are available, the website will inform you immediately
  5. Select your course
  6. Answer the questions underneath the course options 
  7. Question 2 may translate improperly if using the website’s internal translator. Here is a proper translation:

“We will call you to confirm a week before the reservation date. 

Outgoing number: 03-3625-0348 (only number for inquiries) 

※We call customers who have made reservations one by one. We are very sorry, but please note that we cannot accept the specification of the date and time. Also, please note that if you do not contact us by the reservation date, your reservation may be canceled.”

  1. Question 3: Input any food allergies that may be present in your party. Please keep it simple but specific. See the examples on the site.
  2. Input all necessary details 
  3. Click on “Next Step” where you will have 10 minutes to confirm your reservation. Please carefully read the page for information on the cancellation policy and credit card authorization. 
  4. Input your credit card information and confirm. 

Additional Information

  • Same Course Per Party: All guests are required to order the same course; guests may select their main dish from the options allowed in the course (some options may require additional charge).
  • Dress Code: The restaurant enforces a smart casual dress code. Guests are not to wear T-shirts, shorts, jeans, cargo pants, caps, sportswear, sandals, etc.
  • Tokyo Skytree Tembo Deck Admission: Dining at Sky Restaurant 634 requires the purchase of a Tokyo Skytree Tembo Deck admission ticket. If you do not have a ticket it will be charged separately. 
  • Last Minute Reservation: Can only be made through the inquiry form located here (English available) 
  • No Reservation: You will be charged a ¥10,000 deposit if you do not have a reservation upon arrival.
